Guest guest
Had an interesting experience during meditation yesterday, and am still trying to make sense of it: Each chakra seemed to open up a landscape. Some of them were fuzzy, but I still sensed the space and saw colors and silhouettes. As soon as my attention moved to my heart chakra, a crowd of early American colonists (you know, the Pilgrim Fathers kinda people) tried to swarm it. They all wanted a piece of it--it felt weird! I stopped them, because they didn't seem friendly. I moved on to the throat, which looked like a large bright blue gem, truly beautiful to look at. The Ajna chakra was a cave on a hilltop, with a lot of sky above it and a beautiful pale green valley underneath. I could only see the entrance from outside. Then I moved on, through a violet/white crystal on my crown, and the sky opened up around me. Blue sky with fluffy white clouds, and a string of clouds leading me upwards. Lots and lots of space. As I kept going up, the sky around me turned pink. Finally I got a glimpse of yellow. As usual, a golden sun was shining above my head, but it was too far for me to reach. I asked for purification, and a white light flooded me from above. Throughout all this, a Being was superimposed on my body. We both sat cross-legged, and had a golden halo around our heads (mine? her/his? Hard to tell). I had hand kryias, and at times my hands were the Being's hands. They moved all the way up from my feet to my head and above, drawing (or following?) invisible lines of energy along my body. It was a pretty intense experience, and it was hard to come back. When I left my meditation room, I took a look at my energetic body. My face and neck were sky blue, and my aura had a rainbow radiating from it. I asked my husband to close his eyes and look at me, and he told me my face was blue (he didn't know this is what I had seen myself); he also saw a golden flower in my heart chakra, which then became a house (go figure). I often get dizzy when the energy is high, but yesterday I was truly faint--exhausted, and chilly. I wonder if I didn't go a bit too far, but it was beautiful and pretty intense.
