Please begin gentle chakra breathing from your heart to your sixth chackra.

Gentle meaning no more than 15 deep and slow and full inhalations and

exhalations per center, be very gentle on your sixth, as you are lying down on

your back. Eyes up, tongue down (for the moment), fingers in the thumb and

forefinger position. Here are some instructions :

Chakra Breathing

Place your attention and your awareness at the

level of the chakra you wish to breath into. As you place your attention on the

chakra, breathe through your nose and feel the air as it enters your lungs in

the back of your throat. Feel the air and its cool passage from your nose to

your lungs.

Now transfer the sensation from your nose and sinus membranes to the area of

the chakra with every inhalation and exhalation. As you do this you will feel

the passage of air in your sinus areas and an energetic flow in the heart chakra

for example. It can help to touch the area and get a tactile location for the

focus.

Remember to differentiate your intuition from your impatience. It is typically

best to start with the first chakra then proceed to the next one in a bottom to

top fashion. If your Kidneys begin to feel hot or are expanding or sore stop and

go drink some water.

Do not do this technique if you are feeling pain or other symptoms of chakra

activation. Extreme desire for sex as associated with second chakra activation

or extreme and constant emotional outbreaks (different from Bliss) as associated

with fourth chakra activation and so on.
