Yes,very helpful.Thank YOU and Mother Shakti.

I thought to share something else I have experienced couple of months

back.

I got that pleasant like waves of bliss (the closest physical

comparison would be *orgasmic* like) climing up my spine.It was all

nice and enjoyable,but couple of times(maybe 3-4) during this I got

*surge* like feelings in my spinal cord,starting from the tailbone.It

was so short and strong,made me *jump* or *jerk* I would say...It has

happen during meditations thought and once during normal life

activities.What was interesting is whenever I experienced these

*pleasant like* waves in my spine....that made me go an lay down and

dont do anything...just surrender and enjoy.

I just thought to share this and see what you think of that.

All those questions are appreciated,and so are the answers from you Chris.

Most important is the establishment of ''Integrity'',we have all probably felt

let down by teachers in the past who did not come clean on motives,or who had

not grasped that their motives were self serving.

So its a rare experince for us to recieve detailed replies,like this.

Thanks to YOU Chris for having gone thro the Dark Night to get here to the

''Light''.
