Hi Chris,

 

I am meditating, (seem to be in meditition at all times)listening to

intuition, experiencing a hige and deep calmness, continuing to do the

service I am involved with, sending out love to everyone who is in my

sphere of influence and also sending energy to heal and escalate the

learning of the planet) And I am surrenderd to the K process and

actively looking for messages and opportunities in every aspect of

life to further my learning.
