Hello Richard,

During your practice which should be everyday by now. 30

spins and 30

fifth Tibetan, Sphincter or Kegel sqeezes at the top of fifth Tibetan. Deep

meditation and

sincere prayers for others and yourself reflected in your administrations to

others and in

how you treat for yourself. Have you heard of the Sunrise ceremony? A simple

Yoga

program. Google it and see how it feels. Begin Chi-Gung and or Chakra breathing

just on

your first. I will meet you there - blessings - c

Thanks had felt the need to increase anyways.

Not the best a meditating but will do it.Sunrise ceremony only comes up as a

menstral celebration for natives.

But will do mantras to the Sun instead,

Have hot needles at various points thro my body last 2 days.Mostly feet

/heel etc and suddenly other parts it does not last long but my God when it

hot its ''HOT''.

They only last couple seconds and its new. Sometimes they are streaks like

all thro a nerve. I can live with it and just trust where it goes.

Have also been going thro old ''stuff'' and letting go.

Life has changed a bit ....had to help out my wife with her buisness for the

Disabled due to Gov cuts and staff probs.

So i now have a Case load,even tho that is temp.

R.........................

Oh and my practise has been every day for a long time,i only miss when

sleeping is too bad or travel exhausts.

Yes, Hello Richard,

When you can go outside barefoot it will help to

open the feet more and this is a very important factor and usually will assert

on its own - the opening of the foot chakras. Keep the alternate nostril

breathing to assure balance and do your best with the meditations - very

important for spinal relaxation. Congratulations on your caseload and the help

you give to your clients and your wife -
