Can you be more specific about the back pain? - I.E. where it is and

what quality the pain is taking? Is it a pressure? or a knot? etc. -

It is in the lower right back, sometimes pretty sharp around the spine area but

more often about 8 inches above the end of the tail bone and 6 or 7 inches to

the right of the spine. It is usually a strong ache with sharp pains when I

stand up or move.

I am pretty good with dealing with pain (know how to put it either inside or

outside of the body, wherever is most comfortable and to keep it there.) And

can tolerate a lot of pain but this is keeping me bent over and limping and

gasping with its strength. I have bursitis in a hip joint which is now

aggravated with the way I need to walk and all this is on the same side where I

broke the ankle 2 years ago.

But the good news is that the ankle is not the most uncomfortable thing going

here, lol.

I find myself curious as to what all this is (actually emailed my doctor

yesterday) as it has gone on so long.

Thanks,

-S-

Does it feel like an arthiritis type of pain or a pressure both of

these can produce a sharp response. I ask because the Kundalini can

have sharp pains associated with blockage. So let me know with as

much detail as you can the quality of the pain. -
