Guest guest
Chris just checked how I was going and asked me to post my response to the website. I'm a bit up and and down. The power ascent from base chakra is very good and is definitely depositing something in my head. I'm trance-like at present and I've increasingly noticed my diet is a key to receptivity. Fingers up my spine plus occasionally a muscle will move with the energy seemingly coming from nowhere. Lately, I've been listening to young Mormon women singing slow-moving devotional songs in husky tones to the sounds of delicate piano and lush, sweet cello. Soothing and energising simultaneously. Welcome Rom, Happy Birthday Rachel and look forward to hearing from John E. soon. Blissful meditation to all - John R.
Guest guest
Hi John R, sounds like you're doing well. You wanted to hear from me? Wait... (trying to think of something witty to say.... well it might be a while...) As usual, my dream self has made great strides while the rest of me is several lifetimes behind in the learning curve. But I'm still plugging away happily enough. It seems like a lot of people have been quiet. I think this has become more an instruction group than a discussion group -- which is ok I guess. I would ask several people here what they've been up to, and they know who they are telepathically (which means they're gonna answer telepathically, I suppose? Who needs language? Someday I want to have a local support group meeting -- with no talking -- but no one seems to be interested in such things) Good to hear from you. Guest guest
Hi John, I like your idea of a support group or something like it. Where is local for you? I am in San Rafael, Ca. Sherri The only thing that is important is how you walk through the fire~~CB -------------- Original message ---------------------- " nologo3 " <nologo81
