Guest guest
It's not so much what my dreams have been telling me as what I've been able to do in them. On a good night, it seems that I can do the same things in dreams that I do when awake, including tai chi, prayer and meditation, yoga asanas (without back pain!), and even learned a mudra from a mysterious female. Among many other things. In the past I wasn't able to experience these things in dreams. It's not that I have complete control (yet), but it's as if some part of me is allowing me to go ahead with things that I'd wanted to do in dreams but hadn't been able to. Also, I was doing a lot of " thrashing and gasping " in my sleep, or so I was told. I don't know what this was about, as there was no dream associated with it. On the negative side, I've had angry outbursts in the middle of meditating, which I would have thought was practically impossible. They don't seem to be coming from " me " at all, but I acknowledge that something in me is allowing it or inviting it, especially after spending a few days with my kids! --john e , chrism <> wrote: > > > I am all for discussion. Guest guest
That's great JE! This is obviously the best learning format for you at the moment. Selena once mentioned a type of yoga that is done in the dream life. This is a place not easy for most to attain, taking many years to get there so good on you John. Time, perhaps for you to build the bridge and do the same movements in your waking life but adopting the painless format. The anger is the emotional body striving for expressive balance, another Kundalini indication, Nice to read this John - , " nologo3 " <nologo81 wrote: > > It's not so much what my dreams have been telling me as what I've been able to do in > them.
