Guest guest
I just thought I would share how I came to learn of Kundalini. One afternoon about 2 months ago I fell into a little trance, I descended into the darkness or rather flew into it, I felt like I was falling. I came to this dim lighted room where a blueish light shown from the upper right side of room, almost violet in color I think. I saw what I assumed was the back of a snake with markings and all slithering along the floor. Now I just assumed at this point, I was not for sure. I waited. I then looked to the left and saw the body wrap itself around a pillar or stone from left to right. I just waited, the head of the cobra came ever so slowly toward me from the back side of the stone and stopped directly in front of my face. The snake head was so huge and magnifacent. I was amazed that I did not feel FEAR. I was very calm. It looked at me and winked with the right eye. As if saying, We meet finally or Hello. This was the impression I received anyway. I tried to keep the connection but I lost it and came too shortly there after. I went into search for the meaning of this strange vision. A friend of mind suggested it may be kundalini and for me to research it. I had never heard of Kundalini before this time. So I set out to learn about this K energy. That is what brought me here to this group. I am very mush a newbie. I have not gone into trance or had visions of a cobra since then. I am not sure what direction I should go in. Pursue it or just drop it. Any comments from other is appreciated. I am currentlty reading some kundalini books to become more aware. Thnaks. Guest guest
Hello Denny, My take on your experience is that Shakti in one of her forms was saying hello to you. More than that she was causing you to acknowledge her presence. Quite often the blue light, or the cobra, or the beautiful girl will come into a persons awareness and this action will be followed by other actions. Shakti is the Sanskrit name for the sacred feminine. More than just a definition though she embodies half of who we are as humans. She is the YIN of the Yin Yang duality. The mother, the Goddess, the sacred feminine principle. Books have been written about her. Shiva is the sacred male. In this scenario however, it is definitely ladies first. I have not found an experience, as of yet, for an accidental visitation by the Shakti Goddess. She comes when the person is ready for her to initiate an evolutionary activity upon the body. A change in a persons internal wiring for an advanced understanding of the realities that comprise existence. So I am not sure you have any choice in this. As much choice as a person has in going through puberty perhaps. A culmination of experience has had to occur before this will typically happen. This life past life, What a person has done, and not done, all come into a balance that will form as an event which will cause the invitation to be extended. If a person were to deny this action then it would surface in other scenarios or situations that would be perhaps later in the persons lifetime or in a manner not allowing for individual control. Her introduction and gentle compelling of you are an indication of a soft and loving amused concern and interest for a person who can actually approach her and hold her energy without fear. As VK is doing as well. As you read and study and learn ask yourself about what it is to know and completely feel love and joy and bliss, and God. These are the beginning gifts of the Kundalini. Ask yourself of the meaning of your existence and how it is that you are here in this body with your mind and spirit and emotions all coming together for some purpose or not. Depends on what comes up for you Denny. I see it as a gentle invitation for you to approach her with more information( the books) with more company ( this list ) and with more preparation (the practice offered). Just my take on it Denny - Denny <dennynorton wrote: I just thought I would share how I came to learn of Kundalini. Just my take on it Denny - Yes, a gentle approach would be more desirable. So far the books I have are helpful but do not really explain the technique to raise kundalini. You mentioned with more preparation (the practice offered). What practice are you writing about. Maybe I overlooked that one. Denny
Guest guest
Get a cobra statue or picture and place it by your bed. Make it as similar to the cobra you saw as you can. This is how she came to you so honor this form. - Denny <dennynorton wrote: --- In , chrism <> wrote: > > I see it as a gentle invitation for you to approach her with more information( the books) with more company ( this list ) and with more preparation (the practice offered).
