Hi All,

Had a very powerful meditation and sense of surrender

two nights ago , I came home from a djing gig, really

on a high from my show. I thought I'd spend some time

with Shakti before trying to sleep. I felt the prayer

so deep and my body really felt open in a state of

surrender,my breathing deepened and my eyes

automatically seemed to look upwards, it was very

welcome.

I then lay in bed a realised I had a small pain in my

heart, I asked my heart what was wrong... I then

relived an old heart closing incident I went through

when I was 17 (I thought I'd worked through this). I

felt as if I had a wooden thorn stuck in there, so I

mentally removed it and let go, forgave everyone

involved and felt much sadness released. Then I

noticed my bladder was weak, I remembered wetting the

bed as a toddler/young child and asked my bladder why

it was so weak, some deep baby memories that I have

never accessed before came up to be released, my mum

and dad fighting when I was just born and onwards, I'd

stored it all in my bladder, I started releasing this

also, forgiving and breathing, reiki and kundalini

fire energy.... my hands were HOT.

 

After, I thanked Shakti and the kundalini sacred fire,

I felt energised and could not sleep.

 

When I got to sleep I dreamt I was on a journey by

boat but the water was shallow, we hit high ground and

had to get out and walk, as I walked through the grass

I noticed two snakes, green and yellow (like the

statue I'm going to buy) this nice young man showed me

the snakes, holding them, and said, see they are not

dangerous. I smiled and carried on walking through the

grass.

 

Next night I dreamt I had bought a cafe called " the

snake bar " , it wasn't busy enough so I was thinking of

ways to encourage more people to come.

 

Thats my news , gonna keep on keepin on..... Much love
