Guest guest
Thanks Richard, I'll take the time to study your explanations - it illustrates 2 quick points - (1) that daylight saving time adjustments are non-intrusive AND (2) perhaps the best time to do cleansing breathing exercises is the traditional yoga-preferred time of pre-dawn. If the latter is true, it's a shame for me as my most productive dreamtime is just on sunrise. As usual, you're a wealth of information. Take care - John R. - <richardstuart Thursday, May 04, 2006 10:58 AM Re: Messenger - John R. > Yes these do work ..............it has to be an energetic re -set > mechanism > for the 12 Meridians and the associated organs. > The Meridian/Organs work on a clock, each has a 2 hour flow,at set times so > its 12 times 2 =24 hrs. > Your body can re set a 1 hr time zone on its own,but for longer travel the > systems have to catch up . > Just as an eg Gall Bladder time is 11pm to 1am so if you go thro time > zones > it will be off and have to re-adjust to the new local times. > Also of great interest is that each organ meridian flow has a peak in the > 2 > hr flow. > Say Lung its time is 3-5am so its peak energy for the lungs each day is at > 4am. > > A Dr at Gower Street Hospital in London heard some of what we teach,he was > a > Cancer Specialist. > He found that more people with lung disease passed away at the low point > of > energy which is the opposite side of the energetic clock eg 3-5pm. Guest guest
In TCM it is said that ''Chi''energy begins with the Lung at 3-5 am each day, thus the movement of energy starts early, from lung time it flows thro the rest of the meridians. The ''Chi''energy takes on the aspect of the 5 Elements which TCM describes, thus Metal Element which is lung/colon 3/5am and 5/7am qualifies the ''Chi'' during those hours. Or say in the late afternoon when Kidney/Bladder is active the ''Chi'' qualifies as reproductive energy. We teach that 50% of ''Chi''energy originates from breath and food/taste. The remainder i believe is more to do with Chakra's and our dear ''K'' energy.Chris can help out there! Taste is critical to ''Chi ''energy so if we eat food which has all the taste taken out ..then replaced with MSG and food additives etc etc you have one of the reasons for chronic fatigue.....the ''chi''aint there no more. Polyester also is the worst for blocking energy movement thro the Wei/Chi,over the surface of the skin. This is just a bit of it for info, it goes on forever ..................and then other teachings give more like Ayervedic etc. Chronic Fatigue has lots more reasons its not that simple ....................but in the deeper teaching which we have it shows how certain emotions or trauma is stored in specific places in the body....in other words its not random,we belive that there is a filing clerk so to speak which does this. Grief for instance is a natural ''waster'' or it disperses excess emotions trauma and attachment's thus you grieve when someone passes away, its natural and healing and its ''Letting GO''.Look at who can't grieve so /well the British.......stiff upper lip/then look at other cultures where the women wail and cry it all out when someone dies. That's healthier maybe and helps people to move on. So if you cannot do that you cry ''inside'' and that over the years produces bronchitis emphysemia etc so go to a good accupucturist if they needle Lung 1 point the person may start crying...hta's what you want is to greive away the garbage ''the rubbish of life''.Then the diseases go too! Hey this is too much someone must need to read this tho'.Not saying this is the only way just a bit of info. Am actually run off my feet these few days,so no long replies anymore. God Bless.
