Desire to rock backward and forward during meditation or an undulating movement Lucid dreams and out of body experiences in combination with other symptoms waking visions spontaneous yoga positions There are more but if you are having these or a combination of these symptoms rest assured you are walking the Kundalini path. No worries as now you know.
