Guest guest
John R., Thanks for writing so honestly about the prestige granted to learned aggressive behavior in patriarchal societies. You couldn't be more right than this. As to feminine " softness " : that's a learned behavior too, and for many women it is just about as " natural " as breast implants and high heels. Shakti herself comes across as the opposite of soft. Her surges fry every single inch of your wiring and leave you awe-struck, shivering, and confused. Shiva (masculine energy), on the other hand, comes across as soothing, compassionate, and loving. This is the reason for the well-known tantric iconography showing Kali (Kundalini Shakti) dancing wildly on Shiva's inert body. (The pic should be still in the photos section...). Guest guest
Actually thanks to you Selena/John/Chris. This is all helpfull to me. I dont feel what i used to do ..............but the female is there and its like having an extra ''dynamo''or alternator which has more voltage. The energy is great physical i mean, and i hope it lasts forever ...................but it will change. I also have to be real carefull with this energy. It would be a real bad scene if i were to get cross or angry, the soft side has to be a fully conscious effort.Even thanking the clerk at the checkout its a new experience of gratitude Every thought and action becomes an inner awareness!!! Considered and prudent...........words don't really describe. Thank you so much R.................................. - " selena230 " <selena230 Sunday, May 14, 2006 8:55 AM Shakti's softness? > John R., > > Thanks for writing so honestly about the prestige granted to learned > aggressive behavior in patriarchal societies.
