Guest guest
Hi everyone, Sorry I haven't been participating at all for a while now. I hope everyone is well. I just had a general question about emotional release because theres one issue that I had with someone that causes me a lot of heart ache and I've slowly been able to forgive myself and that person but it still hurts when I think about it sometimes. At times when I think about the relationship I once had with this person I have a great feeling of loss because of a missed opportunity. Thanks for reading just hoping some might have suggestions. Guest guest
Hello Shay, Nice to read you again. Emotional release is the most important aspect of the early Kundalini. It dissolves blockages that can very quickly turn into psychosis. Forgiveness is the tool of the release and balance is the outcome. It is not a one stop shop though it must be practiced (forgiveness) repeatedly, that as the energy seeps into the emotional wound or the blockage, it is reinforced by the strong and constant intention for healing and balancing. Many people come into the Kundalini without this knowledge and are tortured by real time warped fabrications of past hurts and guilt and other emotional issues. So give yourself the full treatment Yasha. Go into the scenario and do your forgiveness again and again. Forgive yourself and the other person. Realize that there are no missed opportunities that cannot be reclaimed given the desire and the intention to complete that agreement and that if it is to be then it WILL be now or later it will occur. Sometimes the present time isn't the right time. No guilt or pain or self inflicted hardship will make it so either. Be at ease with yourself and journey inward to understand the lesson of this experience for you. Just my take - blessings to you Yasha - chrism
