This isn't always the case with everyone but a certain percentage of people have the energy begin there, travel up the left side of the head down the right and up the center. The spiral. It was at the heart alot this past week and now at my crown but I can feel it all along the spine.jsut rumbling and moving ....will work on my breathing and circulating it around the meridians alot ---in all the hustle of the week I seem to have forgotten that part of my routine....thanks again for your kindness and care.
