Guest guest
" Out of body " experiences can be another feature of the Kundalini activated person. In this state one can find themselves watching themselves sleep from above or from a distant part of the room. This is also known as " astral -projection " as one is existing in the astral reality during physical sleep. The place of dreams and much, much, more. Kundalini can spontaneously put a persons consciousness into a projection mode. A form of comfortable (or not) bi-location can ensue giving one a double perspective. Sleep paralysis, or vibrational waves, or popping and humming sounds can be an indication of this gift. Fear will usually slam a person back into the body so enjoy this state without fear, if it should happen to you. Actively seek this state out as it is easily accessed but with some effort, and much knowledge can be given to you by those who would help you. The astral state is a part of the reality that shamans journey in. Seeking the slivered remnants of shattered souls they, the " healing shamans " , with the help of guides, will be taken to the place of resonance for that particular patients pain, and heal or balance the aspect of the soul that has been injured, helping to rejoin that part of the soul with itself. -
Guest guest
Chris, Thanks for your clarification. I have had several spontaneous OBEs when I was younger--each of which scared the heck out of me. Back then, I tried several times to reproduce the experience consciously, but never succeded. Fear blocked me. All I felt was a strong energy rising in my chest as it prolonged my inhalations and impeded my exhalations, but nothing else. I have been more successful at shamanic journeying. However, the experience does not seem to have the same quality. In OBEs, I see as through my physical eyes--what I see is very real. Journeying can feel more real than a dream, but it is definitely more dreamlike than an OBE. The difference is in intensity, I guess... Should shamanic journeys and OBEs feel exactly the same?
