Lucid Dreaming

This is similar to an astral projection or OOBE but it occurs while in the

midst of the dreaming state. So as you are dreaming you come into your waking

consciousness with the knowledge that you are dreaming and then you can begin to

control the dream or begin to ask questions about matters that are important to

you. The answers are from highself or other guidance that is with you but

perhaps unseen as you come into this state. This can happen with more frequency

as the Kundalini begins running. -
