Guest guest Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Hi Chrism, I am happy to recieve this gift, I will deepen my practise. I've been continuing to do the 4 step meditation, lots is coming out to my joy.... My dreams are still guiding me well, feeling balanced even when the emotions are coming out, I feel them, but I'm not overwhelmed by them which is a good thing. Since my solar plexus opened I've been very hungry, like a bottomless pit really, trying not to eat too much though....
