The first time I ever heard of kundalini was a couple of years ago from someone in a psychic forum. I was invited to a chat, where the forum owner led us through a meditation. I remember this, because it was one of the best meditations I ever experienced. I remember hearing a rushing sound - like a powerful wind. Much like a hurricane wind. It left me feeling very uplifted. It also left me very curious about kundalini, but somewhat scared of it at the same time. So, I never pressed the issue. I have had similar fears about OBE's, so I have had only a couple of really short OBE trips. REALLY short! LOL! Most of my experiences have been with dreams, hypnogognic visions while falling asleep, synchronicities and some psychic phenomonon (mostly in dreams). Something else I was going to ask you about - a couple of months ago I took a chakra test online where they ask several questions about each chakra and then score you on each one. I was surprised that I scored the highest in the crown chakra and the lowest in the root chakra! Not very grounded, am I? LOL! But, I was a little surprised by this actually, because I thought I was stuck in all kinds of " earthly blocks and filters! " Anyway, I also scored low in the throat chakra. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to strengthen the root and throat chakra's, since apparently, that is where my weakness is. Looking forward to learning from all of you. Guest guest
I know of that test Deb. There are lots of them now and everyone thinks it has the answers. Don't worry about it really as you will be opening your chakras to a degree anyway by just being here, we will start at the first and move up, if this is something that is of interest. The dream state is a very powerful place and is fully capable of teaching and helping one into the Kundalini state. The rushing wind is also a very big clue. Everyone has their unique trigger points and yours will serve you best as you reach inside yourself. Be welcome and ask as many questions as you wish.-

Thanks so much for your help! Deb
