As you are actively engaged in arousing your Kundalini please begin to really

focus on your emotional balancing ie forgiveness's and gratitude's. Please be

advised that this list has many people here in different stages of Kunfdalini

development and they by just being here provide an energetic tranference into

all who read the list. For a direct shaktipat from me i must ask you to give me

a declaration of permission. if you have already done so please excuse me as i

You have my full and complete permission. :)

 

Though I do not claim to be perfectly balanced, I spent the first part of my

20's purging all the " demons " , either choosing to forgive or choosing to

release (some people I could not forgive, so I let them go- neither loving nor

hating, just letting go of- I'll be honest, it took years to fully let go of

one particular person). So I feel I am ready, if being ready means

acknowledging that I am an emotional being who will have to continually work on

achieving and maintaining balance. I mean no sarcasm in that whatsoever! I just

feel it is the truth of me.

 

Of course that is open to discussion by all.

Then a scatterfield is now being placed on the outside of your energetic sphere.

Watch for it as you project! Please begin the practice as described here and

ask any questions of me or the group -

 

 

The Practice – Every day or night or both.

 

Forgiveness’s (recapitulations, forgiveness of self and others)

 

Gratitude’s (For the good and the bad as teachings are acquired with both)

 

Surrendering (opening completely to the energy with love and joy and the

desire to be at one with the kundalini as it is revealed to you)

 

Prayer to the Shakti (goddess energy), for awakening. *

 

 

 

5 Tibetans (start slow with no more than 6 repetitions for each Tibetan) see

below

 

Compression Prayer with alternate nostril breathing 15 cycles no more (tongue

up).

 

Meditation

 

* Earth air fire snow

To the Goddess I now go

With my love ans ask of thee

 

" Release the holy fire in me " x three
