Re: Kundalini and Astral projection/ Stephen

It started with astral projection and lucid dreaming for me. I

have been doing these actions since I can remember. Nice to have

company there Stephen. Where were you when I was four?!! :) I never

encountered a protective force though there must have been one as

wild as every night was for me for so much of childhood.

I would put the sheets of the bed over my head and especially my

ears and rock back and forth in the bed so that the sounds of these

sheets and blankets would drown out the sounds that filled the room;

even so it was only a partial success. I saw everything. The

brilliant orbs that would spiral towards me, the " Little people " the

scary creatures, the prophetic visions of airliners crashing etc.

The huge flashes of light that would explode in front of me with the

force of lightening, yet only visible to me. I will stop here but

could go on and on.

Astral projection was a very good teaching for me and the subjects

covered helped bring some sense to my world. So it is good and

though there can be some scary areas it is a good thing to do.

Kundalini can tremendously accelerate it or completely shut it down

or perhaps somewhere in between. Typically it is an extreme as the

amplification is HUGE. The importance of emotional stability cannot

be over emphasized. Meditation - both moving and still are very

important -
