Apparently, I am committed to that project now for I'm not sure how many nights. So, I did my " service to others! " I also did daily prayer and daily gratitude. I'll have to think about the forgiveness thing. And the meditation I have been trying to do before I go to sleep, but only if I am not too tired. I do have some questions. What are the daily 5 Tibetans? I'm sure you covered this already, but I missed it. (My dog is a Tibetan Spaniel, by the way. Just thought I'd throw that in!) Next, what is a tantra? Is it different than a mantra? Also, what do you mean by giving someone Shaktipat? About the triad thing - I would really love to do that, but my problem is that it is difficult sticking to a daily routine for me right now because of elderly parents, hurricane stuff, building a house, etc. And did you say we have to give ourselves a name or did I misunderstand that? If so, what kind of name? Okay, that is about it on questions for tonight! Sorry if I am making you repeat yourself too much. I really do want to understand. I guess I need to play catch-up, it seems. Deb

She admits to having channeled it but whatever her source was it is an effective one. This book is for those who have already had it come up the spine. The pics of the different flows up the spine are also something you dont see too much of almost anywhere. I have purchased this book and bought one for a student. Guest guest
Thanks for all of your thoughtful answers. What I meant when I said that I would have to think about forgiveness is just that I have to give some thought on who I still need to forgive. I don't hold grudges, but I am very hard on myself. So honestly, I think the main person I need to forgive is myself. Others who have hurt me, I have always (eventually) recognized the lesson learned. Of course, I deal with everyday annoyances, but I get over them fairly quickly. My husband is a very easy going person, but also very not into things like OBE or kundalini. He might be interested in the tantras, though! He has very simple answers for the deep questions I explore. His answer for the hurricane is, " Nature has always done things like that " and " We live by the beach. " When you say you send somebody the Shaktipat, do you mean that you do this in " presence " for the people you are talking to on the computer? I really appreciated the information on the 5 Tibetans. I am saving them to a file to practice them. I have heard of the upward dog and downward dog from an aerobics tape I have. Which my husband will watch ME do that tape from the couch and tell me, " Straighten that leg, Debbie. " Trying to get him to do the 5 Tibetans with me would be a similar experience, I'm sure! But I will do my best to try and get a routine going. Thanks again for all of your help. Deb
