Just wondering as since we started these up my K is very active and I feel very grounded and wonderful and am laughing alot almost everything is funny and I assume this is a emo cleansing. (nice run on sentance there) Is there such a thing as too much laughter? LOL Oh I am getting some rest now as it is late again. (my famous saying). Me too like the rest- a lot of laughter I guess this is a part of the emotional clearing and releasing some blokages, it is nice though Sometimes I am thinking I need more grounding as this laughing is unusual to be all the time.
