I hope Im not piling up to much for you Stephen! Lisa! If you know Chi-gong

start the practice asap. Keep your eyes up - ask Lisa - and fingers in the thumb

and forefinger position, on the tips. Tongue behind the upper front teeth on

that fleshy mound there. Breathing thru thre nose if clear. Mouth pursed for

whistling if the nose is stuffy. -

How interesting, I did a little Qigong last night at my computer, after

I to spinned 21 times. It was as if I needed to do some Qigong. It

always gives me goosebumps :) The spinning sent me into laughter, there

was somesort of awakening for sure, more goosebumps there.

I will continue my Qigong as I bought the DVD a few months ago.
