Guest guest
Like Elektra this will happen to most and seems to be a constant, the fears will rise to be either made even more fearful and therefore more controlling or you will be able to release them and move forward. This is not a one stop deal and must be continuously worked on for a time. Surrender to the process of what the Kundalini begins to show you realize that no matter how gut wrenching and real and technicolor the fear seems to be it is only that, just fear, and you can move through it. Be patient with yourself and allow for mistakes to be made this isn't supposed to be easy. The more you realize that this is the Kundalini moving through you, disturbing the blockages, the easier it gets as this is something you can wrap your mind around. During this part of the process make a firm commitment to remember your happiness and joy, your love and the splendor of who you are. - blessings - chrism
Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to share a little about fear. When I had the major kundalini awakening (about 20 so years ago) I was on the island of Maui doing a 2 week Tantra workshop. I had never heard of kundalini, had no on to guide me however found myself wandering the island and doing everything that I was most afraid of. This was shortly after my husbands death from cancer and I was just coming back from the grief. So what I did was to hike alone on very slippery paths (it rained the whole time I was there) to a waterfall that feel about 3 stories down, lay on my stomach and look over the edge.(don't like heights) And go into a kiva with a black wet cloth across the opening and feel around the walls to see how large it was.(Hawaii, bugs, snakes and who knew what might have been in there) And swam naked with whales, feeling the deep water beneath me and sort of remembering dying one time from something large and unseen coming up from beneath me. I had no idea why I was doing these thing s. Then I went home and had lots of trouble as I was very altered from what had been my reality, was terrified and experienced a lot of my other types of psychological fears. It was wonderful and terrible and very, very fast. I had no idea what was going on so (another fear I guess) dealt with it all myself (thought I might be going crazy) and someone eventually gave me a book on kundalini. And now I run forward into any fear I feel, still get terrified but now know the blessings that come. The subject brought back that time to me so I thought I would share. In gratefullness (and gladness that chrism is here for us all), Sherri. -------------- Original message -------------- <> Like Elektra this will happen to most and seems to be a constant, the fears will rise to be either made even more fearful and therefore more controlling or you will be able to release them and move forward.
