As Robert explained his personal experience of the Kundalini Awakening, I was left in awe. Over a month ago, I was sitting at my computer and immediately I had an intense pain from the base of my spine, I believe the Perennial area (sp?). This was a pain that was unique, as I know what labor pains and BM pains are like all too well. I was in so much pain, I could barely stand up. Tears and curses screamed from me. This lasted only a few minutes as I felt the need to go to the ladies room just in case. As Robert had explained it, when the Kundalini awakens and begins to move up, the bowels lose complete control and you'll end up with a 'mess' LOL. @@ Well I do wish Robert Bruce well and though I am not familiar with his books or formulas, I honor him for expanding the populations awareness of the Kundalini. Bowel incontinence has not been a hallmark for the Kundalini in my experience. A stammering of the rectum ( kegel muscle quivering) which could have issue with the apana or downward energy yes I have had and seen this in others or genital fluidic ascension ( genital fluids being circulated into the spine and brain) yes I have had this as well and do. Diarrhea releases have occurred. Is this what you and he are talking about? Cramping and spasming of the GI muscles will sometimes occur and this can be painful at first then it will calm. Also excess gas and a very sensitive rectum is also common. Kidney enlargement and hyper stimulation and activity from the adrenals is also a part of the beginning scenario. The feeling of a ball or an egg of energy starting at the base (typically) and moving up the spine or lodging in the spine at specific points can be experienced. Hope this is helpful to you Lisa @@ This is exactly what happened. I thought I was dying for sure, like someone stabbing me with a sword. I was told that my Kundalini was moving very slowly, like a millimeter at a time. This movement is rare he said but the safest. @@ As I continue to read I can see that i am going to go in another direction than Robert Bruce. I do not wish my experience and opinion to cast an aspersion towards him as I feel he is a good person and doing his best. So with that being said, here goes. I do not feel your K is moving incrementally or feel that slow moving K is a rare condition. In as much as the Kundalini is rare to begin with, not enough information exists with regard to the activation process of people and the speeds of energetic infusion. This has not been quantified as of this date, and most likely will not be, especially not with in the parameters of the Western populations experience with the K. I say this because unlike the Hindu and some of the Zen and Buddhist examples meditation and yoga have been a big part of the preparation, not so in the Americas, Australia (European) and Europe. If he just looked at you and then said that these things are occurring within your body, well, I cannot contradict him. He is a person who has stated that he has had an activation and he looked at you and made statements that cannot be proven one way or another. And I am even worse as I will look at you from where I am now and make statements with regard to what I see and feel about your Kundalini Lisa...... so...... you will have to discern for yourself lol. @@ It is at my solar plexus area, and I felt this area vividly when doing the energy work. @@ OK @@ When I came home, the children were arguing with each other and yelling and sending my calmness in the trash. I shouted 'stop!' and the kitchen light turned off! I flicked it back on and my daughter asked who turned it off... lol I guess you had to be there! I would love some feedback chris @@ Electrical problems such as lights coming on and going off are common and the computers really can take a beating. I just get real patient and realize that it is just one of the manifestations and then re-write the entire mail or whatever it is. Cars and streetlights really anything that uses electricity will be affected. Guest guest
Lisa, I have spent some time with Robert Bruce in the past three years. I was at his workshop two weeks ago here in Helena, MT. And for a short time at the last two. I had no idea why I went, just that I knew I was supposed to go. I am not at all alighned with his ideas of demons and such. Please take what he has to say with a big grain of salt. I do respect that he takes a lot of time to think about these matters and gets others to think about them. However, he is more of a mad scientist (he will admit to this also) then a master. Much of what he says is either conjecture on his part or projection of his own ego structure. There are some good points that he makes but they must be ferreted out. Trust your own experience and the words from Chrism before those of Robet Bruce. His energy system is interesting and can activate parts of the body, no doubt. But it doesn't seem that he has a clue as to what he is really up to. Sorry about being so blunt. Maybe this is why I was guided to be there at his workshop. Very interesting group of people were drawn to him. Many were very troubled and seemed to get some help from either him or the others attending. Guest guest
Thank you Sam. I will agree with you about the demon topics of the workshop. Since I lack any experience or knowledge of them or the similar, I can't say that I or he is right or wrong. He did say that this is his view of the matter and his opinion. I was interested in the energy work and the Kundalini discussions. Plus I got to meet other people and the workshop was 15 miles from my house I'm waiting for chrism to have a workshop :-) Thanks Lisa
