well thanks Chris for all the guidelines and help this past week. I am def not

the same as i was last week. I have learned and integrated forgiveness and that

is a major step for me in my emo healing-- as I am also learning to forgive me

for not being perfect. And not being perfect is okay as I learn from that

situation also.

 

I am also healing differently....it now comes from my heart --I just open myself

up and send and it goes in all directions so very beautiful. K directs me and i

allow the process to continue as long as needed. (and for one so closed off from

emo hurts that is indeed a blessing--opening my heart up no matter what)

 

Bliss is still with me alot and I smile and OMG I am not the same crabby cynical

person I was before. (actually I know I have arrived when I can drive the 45

minutes to work without yelling at people on the road--not quite there yet

 

I actually enjoy being me in every second even the severe emo cleansing as I

know now how to make that much shorter. Wow amazing and thanks be to K and you

dear Chris. I know we do the work and K directs us but I saying thank you to you

also to my triad and all those I love and those I need to love more. well

that's about it for now and sorry I wrote a book. Much love--Andrea
