Zuni Succotash

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup fresh cut corn or cooked dried sweet corn

1 cup cooked dried beans

1 to 2 tablespoons sunflower seed meal or flour

salt and pepper, to taste

 

Cook corn and beans togethr in water to cover until tender. Thicken with

sunflower seed meal and season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until

thick and soupy.
