Kasha Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 medium onions -- sliced

1/2 pound mushrooms -- sliced

1 cup yoghurt or sour cream

4 cups cooked buckwheat groats

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

 

Preheat oven to 325F. Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil, stir with

yoghurt into cooked groats. Turn into greased baking dish and bake for 30

minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
