Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter

1/2 cup light unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup pureed Mori-Nu Lite Tofu (firm)

1 clove garlic -- pressed

1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes, if desired

2 teaspoons tamarind paste

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon Thai chili paste, if desired

2 tablespoons white miso

 

in the container of a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients until

creamy.
