KAREN'S RASPBERRY CARROTS

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup sliced carrots

1 tbsp raspberry vinegar

1 tsp Molly McButter®

Pam

 

Spray a hot wok with butter flavored Pam. Add 1 cup sliced carrots, stir fry 1

minute. Add 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar, cover with lid and cook for 3 - 5

minutes. When carrots have finished cooking sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Molly

McButter and toss until the Molly Butter is dissolved.

 

Makes 1 serving
