Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Set aside. While bulgur cooks, heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until tender.
