Guest guest Posted January 19, 2000 Report Share Posted January 19, 2000 Sorry when I sent it to the list earlier I sent it in MC 5.0 format by mistake. * Exported from MasterCook * Not Key Lime Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 1/4 cups soy milk 3 egg yolks -- slightly beaten 1 teaspoon grated lime rind 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup soy margarine 1 cup sour cream, light 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch whipped topping -- optional Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually add milk and stir with a whip until smooth. Add egg yolks, lime peel and juice. Stir until smooth. Add butter or margarine. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Fold in sour cream Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
