Enjoy Jenn Ottawa, Ontario, Canada http://tlotc.dhs.org/jenn/ * Exported from MasterCook * POPEYE'S SPINACH DIP Recipe By : The New American Diet System by Connor & Connor Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : <1 Point Appetizers Done By Dotties Calculator Meatless Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- 1 package 2 tbsp. chopped green onions -- or chives 1/4 package dry vegetable soup 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1 3/4 cups plain nonfat yogurt 8 oz waterchestnuts, canned -- 1 can drained & chopped Stir dry soup before measuring to evenly mix. Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze until very dry. Mix all ingredients together when spinach is ready. Chill and serve with raw vegetables. Makes 16 (1/4 cup) servings.
