Guest guest
This is what I do. I got this information from my friends at the ABMtalk mailing list on Onelist. It has worked for me for about a year now. For 1 lb loaf: between 2/3 - 1 cup liquid (including eggs) 2 - 2 2/3 cups bread flour (or combination) 1/4 - 1 tsp salt (use sea salt, the best for ABM's) 2 tsp - 3 tbsp fat 2 tsp - 3 tbsp sweetener (sugar, honey) 1 1/2 - 3 tsp active dry yeast or 1 - 1 1/2 tsp breadmachine yeast For 1.5 lb loaves: 1 - 1 1/4 cups liquid (including eggs) 3 - 4 cups bread flour (or combination) 1/2 - 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 - 4 tbsp fat 1 - 4 tbsp sweetener 1 1/2 - 3 tsp active dry yeast or 1 - 2 tsp breadmachine yeast These are the guidelines. Hope this helps. RisaG
