The points are a bit high but I'm sure they taste good and are better for you then the store bought ones. Grease muffin tins, or line them with foil or paper baking cups. Mix oats, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine oil, water, and baking powder mixture with brown sugar in another bowl until smooth. Add water, oil, and vanilla extract. Pour over dry ingredients and mix gently until well blended. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cake tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Place on wire rack to cool.
