Here are two of them. If you have this brand of rice cooker or a similar model, e-mail me and I will send all 25 to you. Kathleen Rice Pudding Vegetarian Rice * Exported from MasterCook * Rice Pudding Recipe By : Panasonic Rice Cooker's Recipes Especially for you, page 24 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Fruits Rice Rice Cooker Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup short grain sweet rice 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup evaporated milk or whole milk 2 eggs -- beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla bananas or raisins sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. A traditional flavor without baking. Put rice, water and salt in rice cooker pan. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until unit switches to WARM/OFF. Stir in milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Cover and cook until unit switches to WARM/OFF. Serve layered with bananas or raisins and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Serves 4 - 6 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - * Exported from MasterCook * Vegetarian Rice Recipe By : Panasonic Rice Cooker's Recipes Especially for you, page 20 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes, Vegetarian Rice Vegetables Rice Cooker Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons oil 3 mushrooms -- sliced 2/3 cup long grain and wild rice mix 2 teaspoons vegetable bouillon base 1 cup tomato or vegetable juice 1 cup water 1/2 cup sliced carrots. 1/2 cup cut-up green beans or long beans 1/2 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup cauliflower florets 1/4 cup sliced red pepper 3 green onions -- chopped 1/4 cup toasted almonds Variations can be created within this recipe according to what is in season and your mood. In rice cooker pan put oil and mushrooms. Set to COOK and cook 3 minutes. Stir in long grain and wild rice mix. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Add vegetable bouillon base tomato or vegetable juice, and water. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add carrots. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add cut-up green beans or long beans, broccoli florets and cauliflower florets. Cover and cook until unit switches to WARM/OFF. Stir in sliced red pepper. green onions, and toasted almonds.
