Jenn Ottawa, Ontario, Canada http://tlotc.dhs.org/jenn/ All Advantage http://www.alladvantage.com/go.asp?refid=IQA904 * Exported from MasterCook * SWEET REWARDS SUNSHINE CAKE Recipe By : Vicky <Trbvlb8557 Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Done By Dotties Calculator 4 Point Low-Fat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 box yellow cake mix, sweet rewards 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 4 eggs 11 ounces mandarin oranges in light syrup -- 1 can FROSTING 8 ounces Cool Whip® Fat Free 1 small box fat-free vanilla pudding -- sugar free prefered 15 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- 1 can Preheat oven to 350*. Stir together all ingredients by hand for 2 mins. Spray 9x13 " pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30-40 mins. Mix all frosting ingredients when cake is cool. Spread icing on cake & refrigerate.
