4 Point Low-Fat

 

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 box yellow cake mix, sweet rewards

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

4 eggs

11 ounces mandarin oranges in light syrup -- 1 can

FROSTING

8 ounces Cool Whip® Fat Free

1 small box fat-free vanilla pudding -- sugar free prefered

15 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- 1 can

 

Preheat oven to 350*. Stir together all ingredients by hand for 2 mins. Spray

9x13 " pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30-40 mins. Mix all

frosting ingredients when cake is cool. Spread icing on cake & refrigerate.

 

Makes 16 servings

NOTES: I don't have the nutritional values for sweet rewards cake mix or

fat-free / sugar free pudding, but here is the recipe with the ingredients I do

have. Just lower the points as needed if you use those ingredients.
