Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 russet potatoes -- peeled 1/4 cup Millenium Braised Garlic (recipe follows) 1 teaspoon sea salt freshly ground pepper to taste Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the potatoes into 2-inch cubes and add to the boiling water. Cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Pour the potatoes into a colander and let drain for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl with a potato masher or fork, mash the potatoes with the garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
