12 ounces silken tofu

2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

6 tablespoons maple syrup

3 tablespoons brown rice syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Silken tofu makes creamy desserts without the fat and calories of cream-based

dairy products. You get an unbeatable combination of great taste and great

nutrition. TIP: If you like your pudding sweeter, stir in more maple syrup

after the pudding has been blended.

Place the tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, and vanilla in the

work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Blend until a smooth

pudding forms.

Divide the pudding among 4 dessert cups. Serve immediately or cover and

refrigerate.
