Guest guest Posted February 2, 2000 Report Share Posted February 2, 2000 5- garlic cloves 2-3 - dashes hot pepper sauce 1 tb.- butter or margarine 1/4 cup - shredded parmesan cheese 1 ts.- dried red pepper flakes 1 lb.- fresh asparagus ( cut into 1 1/2 " pieces ) 1/4 ts. pepper salt to taste 1/2 lb. Mostaccioli pasta ( cooked and drained according to package directions ) 1/4 cup- olive oil In a Large skillet, cook garlic, pepper flakes and hot sauce in oil and butter for about 2-3 minutes. Add the asparagus,salt and pepper, saute until asparagus is crisp tender about 8-10 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, mix well. Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
