Easy Vegetable Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 14.5 oz. can canned cut green beans

1 14.5 oz. can canned golden wax beans

1 14.5 oz. can whole new potatoes -- cut into cubes

1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn

1 8.25 oz. can sliced carrots

1 14.5 oz. can zucchini w/tomato sauce

2 cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic, & oregano

2 14 oz. cans vegetable broth

 

Drain liquid from all vegetables except zucchini w/tomato sauce and

tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in a 5 qt. soup pot. Bring to a

boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 5 minutes.
