Dalmation Dessert Crepes

24 ounces soy cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup tofu espresso chocolate chips or regular

tofu chocolate chips

12 Soy Dessert Crepes

3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar

 

Combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl, mixing

well. Fold in the tofu-chocolate chips.

Fill each crepe with 3 tablespoons filling.

Roll the crepes into cylinders, place 2 on each plate, and dust with

confectioners' sugar.
