Sorry to hear you had this problem! What a lot of work and a waste.

I wanted to recommend some containers to you. I keep all of my flours,

cornmeal, grains, rice, mixes, etc. in these plastic containers by Sterlite,

and just love them. The come in various sizes and are very inexpensive.

Although discount stores around here carry other Sterlite products, I

have never seen these containers anywhere but at The Container Store here in

Atlanta. The 5 lb one is around $1.25 and the various smaller ones are

under $1.00!! If you don't have a Container Store there, you can call and

request a catalog at (800) 733-3532 or visit their website at

http://www.containerstore.com. They are in the process of updating their

website, so I'm not sure if it is complete right now. They carry all sorts

of other great products too for storage and organization.
