Tofu Ricotta Cheez

6 cups firm tofu -- pressed to remove excess water

1/2 cup lemon juice

4 teaspoons Sucanat

2 teaspoons sea salt

1/4 cup corn oil

4 teaspoons basil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Mash the tofu. Mix the other ingredients into the mashed tofu, mixing well.
