Good Creamy Low-Fat Sauce

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

4 ounces light cream cheese

1 tablespoon skim milk

3 sprigs parsley

2 green onions, including some tender green

tops -- chopped

 

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.

 

Description:

" This sauce can be used with any pasta. It is also good on

vegetables. "
