Guest guest
Hi, Raising a vegan/vegetarian kid, or for that matter any kid with allergies, can become a nightmare. Especially once they are off the soya milk and start eating with the rest of the family. Most of the times it is impossible for a mom to work an eight hour day, prepare separate meals and suit the whole family's preferences. Surely there are dishes kids find enjoyable, which adults do not and any mom wants her family to enjoy whatever she prepares. Len Evans (PhD) Life Science and member of the American Nutritional and Dietary Council, is releasing a book on raising vegan and vegetarian kids over three weeks. Some of the things it will cover is allergies, pre-natal care, lots of 'healthy junk food' recipes children love, tips and hints for moms and overall cares and concerns mothers need solutions for. Browse around in http://www.longtom.co.za/lenevans/ to familiarize yourself with what Len belief is a natural lifestyle and how to adapt to it gradually. If you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to use the info mail button on the page, or email me at amanzi and I will see that he gets it. Len is always willing to advise.
