Guest guest Posted February 15, 2000 Report Share Posted February 15, 2000 An hour or so ago, I posted the recipe for Chocolate Espresso Pudding. Karen Sonnessa posted it in January. I made it tonight for our Valentine's Day dinner. It was fabulous and so easy to make. Ridiculous. Tastes a lot more fattening than it is. I have to admit I squirted some Whipped Cream on top and sprinkled on some shreds of chocolate. It was decadent and delicious. Just thought everyone should know.
