In a medium-sized bowl, combine the corn, heavy cream, eggs, flour, sugar, and cayenne pepper; mix well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle evenly over the corn mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until heated through and the topping is golden.
