Divide mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 3-inch patty. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add 1 1/2 tsp. of oil and place over medium heat until hot. Add 4 patties to skillet; cook 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Repeat procedure with remaining oil and patties. Spread about 2 tablespoons of Tahini Sauce evenly into each pita half.
